“Washer 3 finishes in 5 minutes.” is a play/set made after a close reading of a place – the laundry room in my apartment.
A few things about the play:
- The performance is 5 minutes long.
- 5 participants at a time.
- Each time the experience is more or less different, always.
- Each experience starts with passing through an empty, normal laundry room and ends with passing through it again 5 minutes later.
- During the performance, the participants move freely at the center, surrounded by the scenes, objects, performers, and events.
